This is a free class! Please register if possible, but it's not required.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned Yogi, you will find challenge and ease in this class.

Flow Yoga is composed of traditional yoga movements, along with a unique flair from each instructor, and includes continuous movements synchronized with the breath.

Relax your muscles, ease your joints, increase balance and strength, and decrease stress.
