The Birth with Confidence Pregnancy, Labour & Delivery is a prenatal course created and taught by the pelvic health physiotherapists of @ellephysio.
This weekend course is for pregnant people and their birth partners, designed to educate, prepare and empower them through their pregnancy and upcoming delivery with practical tips and hands on skills that actually work. Ideally suited for those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester (due in late August, September or October).
Next cohort is on Saturday August 9 and Sunday August 9, 2025 from 9am-4pm, right here in our ellephysio clinic in Oakville.
