Get up close and personal with the microbes that make magic happen! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore lacto-bacilli—what it is, how it works, and why it’s essential to fermentation.

Then we’ll dive into making sauerkraut and kombucha, with plenty of taste-testing along the way! 🥬🍋🫙

Each session includes a farm-fresh snack inspired by our project—because science is better when it’s delicious.
