Develop your core strength and tone up with this low-impact workout based around the Pilates and Barre. Enjoy a low-impact workout using hand wights, Pilates balls, resistance bands and a ballet barre while you tighten and tone glutes, core and improve posture. No dance required! All equipment is provided by the Wellness Center, bring your own yoga mat if desired (we have mats also), and dress comfortably in yoga class wear. Footwear is yoga grippy socks, bare feet, or clean gym shoes if you prefer to keep shoes on.
