We’re ready to welcome you to the fantastic world of Salsa dancing in Vermont!
The beginner class will focus on a lot of repetition of fundamental steps, partnering concepts, and basic patterns. It does not require a partner or any dance experience, and most important is about fun!
Here are the key concepts you will learn in this class:
▪️ Basic Steps: Understanding the foundational footwork.
▪️ Timing and Rhythm: Learning how to count the beats and staying on the correct timing.
▪️ Partner Connection: Developing the ability to connect with a dance partner, including hand positioning, frame, and leading or following techniques.
▪️ Core moves: Learning the foundational moves of salsa. These are the moves that will set you up for social dancing, and our intermediate classes.
Time: 7pm-8pm
