Slow Morning Stretch: Ease into your Day — arrive gently, move slowly, breathe deeply.

Begin your morning with softness. This class invites you to move at the pace of your breath, offering gentle stretches, supported shapes, and slow, fluid movement to help you ease into the day with care. Inspired by elements of gentle yoga and yin yoga, this practice is designed to feel like a cozy cat stretch—a slow unraveling of tension in a space that asks nothing of you but to simply arrive.
Whether you’ve had a long week, a restless night, or just want to start your morning with intention, this is a space to listen inward, loosen up, and come back to yourself without rushing.

We’ll close our time with a short guided reflection and space for journaling, inviting a deeper connection to your inner world before stepping into the rest of your day.

This practice may be especially supportive if you are

• feeling stiff, tight, or disconnected from your body
• needing a slower rhythm after a busy week
• curious about bringing more mindfulness into your mornings

What to expect: You’ll be guided through a series of gentle, accessible movements, supported postures, and breath-centered stretches. Expect a mellow pace, grounding music, and an atmosphere that encourages rest and curiosity. We’ll end with a few minutes of journaling or quiet reflection. No experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome.
Bring a notebook, pen, and anything that helps you feel cozy such as comfy clothes, a blanket, or a warm beverage.
