August 8 Week Bungee Progression Series

This 8 week series will move you from Bungee Foundations to Bungee Elevate. Each week you'll learn a few extra skill sets and a new routine. At the end you'll have the confidence to attend any Bungee Elevate class on the schedule. Items that will be covered:

Bungee stations basics
Cardio and footwork
Burpees and variations
Jumps and variations
Bounces and flights

This is an 8 week series that meets every Thursday at 6:30p in August and September.
