🌸 New Works (act one), directed by Amy Cookson, showcases a variety of styles from ballet, lyrical, and jazz: swing-inspired jazz to spooky, jazzy and kinda weird, and comical musical theater jazz. Featuring music from Saint Mesa, Beats Antique, Lizzie McAlpine, RIELL, Jesse Cook, The Oh Hellos, Des Rocs, & Danny Jonokuchi.
🪽 Fallen (act two), directed by Wendy E. Getchell, focuses on archangel Daniel and their transformation after falling in love with human Mandy, examining the contrast between the angelic and human realms, and highlighting Daniel's longing for a human existence and choice whether to embrace love and mortality with Mandy. Featuring music from Kate Bush, Philipp Klein, Phillip Glass, Mogli, & Vincent Isler.
