Holding Space for Grief Breathwork

Grief asks so much of us, and often, we carry it alone. This session is a space to soften, to breathe, and to be held as you navigate the tender terrain of loss.

We’ll begin with a gentle 30-minute conversation exploring the common myths around grief, and offer new, more compassionate perspectives that honor the uniqueness of your healing journey.

From there, you’ll be guided through a 60-minute breathwork experience, supported by a carefully curated playlist to help you stay present with your emotions while offering your body a chance to release and restore. This practice creates space for what’s been held inside without needing to fix or force anything.

We’ll close with a short time for reflection and optional sharing, offering tools and encouragement for continuing to walk gently with your grief in the days ahead.

Come exactly as you are. There’s no right way to grieve, but there is a way to not do it alone.
