In a world that often emphasizes external validation, the practice of self-love can feel revolutionary. This workshop invites participants to engage in the transformative practice of writing Radical Self-Love Letters, a powerful tool for self-acceptance and personal growth. Participants will explore techniques to cultivate self-compassion and learn how to articulate their inherent worth and value through affirmations, breathwork, and creative writing. At the end, everyone has the option to seal their letter in an envelope, and request to have it mailed to them when they least expect it. This way, you can always look to yourself, to find your radical self-love!
