The TPS CARES Team will be available to assist parents and guardians with registration to enroll their children in Toledo Public Schools. ยท The CARES Team will also be able to accept enrollment paperwork and answer any questions.
The TPS CARES Team will be on-site at the Toledo Public Library:
TO REGISTER, BRING BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PARENT ID, SHOT RECORDS, ONE PROOF OF ADDRESS & CUSTODY PAPERS (if applicable).
