The 2nd Community Garage Sale/Great New York State Flea MASH UP!

The Market is joining forces with the Great New York State Flea to offer four special events within the 2025 Community Garage Sale slate! These free-admission events will be a creative combination of long-time, favorite Community Garage Sale vendors and a set of new vendors specializing in vintage items and wares. What's more, these four special dates will include:

Unique cultural themes celebrating local talent, food, and creativity;

On-site activations such as live performances, art showcases, hands-on experiences;

Destination-style market atmosphere that turns community commerce into celebration!

The inaugural Flea Market Mashup was Sunday, June 22, with the theme AROUND THE WORLD! The other three special days are July 20 (CIRCUS AND FAIR DAY), August 17 (FIELD DAY FUN), and September 28 (ROC RENAISSANCE DAY).

While we encourage you to shop at these events, we also encourage you to SELL! Vending spaces are $35 per day for each 10’ x 30’ stall, which includes a parking space. Discounted packages of six event days (regular Community Garage Sales) and four event days (Flea Market Mashup Days) are available.
