Program: Snake Safety in Idaho: Living, Recreating, and Working Safely in Rattlesnake Country
Speaker: Charles Peterson
Dr. Peterson will cover identification of the snakes of Idaho, rattlesnake ecology, snake bite risks, how to avoid being bitten, and what to do if you or someone you are with is bitten by a rattlesnake. He will also cover snake bites and dogs. If all goes well, we will have a live presentation involving a rattlesnake and a gopher snake.
