Rooted in Love - Yoga in the Garden

You are invited to this FREE community yoga event at the Community Garden at Seeds of Faith.
Yoga practice begins at 6pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month all summer. All levels are welcome. Here's what to know:
Bring a mat or towel if you do not plan to practice grounding
Bring a lawn chair if you prefer to sit for the final meditation (*folding chairs for additional stability will be available on site)
If bugs bother you, make sure to bring your bug spray
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors
