Pre-registration for tug of war is highly recommended!
The amount of team members per team may vary, but the total weight should be close to equivalent to your opponents. Official weigh in will happen prior to the event at 6:30pm, but this should give you an idea of how many team members you will need and it gives the event coordinators an idea of how many teams to accommodate. If your team is over the top end of the weight limit at official weigh in, you will need to remove or trade a team member from the team to bring your total weight within range. Your team can NOT pull if you are over the top end of the weight limit. There will be no trading/adding after the official weigh in and event start. Only registered team members will be allowed to pull/be in the mud area when it is that teams turn. Kids over the age of 13 may pull on adult teams. Waivers MUST be signed at weigh-in to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS! At the conclusion of the event, children may play in the mud at their parents discression
There will be NO registration after 7pm. A single person may choose pull on multiple teams, however they must be weighed in and registered with each team. There will be medals for each 1st place team member of each division!
Men’s team weight total: 1200 – 1350 pounds
Woman’s team weight total: 1050 – 1150 pounds
Co-Ed (must have at least 2 females) team weight total: 1100-1200 pounds
Kids (all members must be ages 15 and under) team weight total: 600-700 pounds
