Two venues. Two vibes. One delicious French connection! Start your night at the Lawn Bar, then float into the Restaurant for the full tasting journey or stay on and soak up the lawn vibes.
We’re teaming up with Sturia Caviar/Maison Vauron for an indulgent evening celebrating the finer things in life. Whether you're here for a nibble and a tipple at the Lawn Bar or ready to go all in for a decadent three-course dinner in the Restaurant, you’ll be treated to wine matches from our fabulous Homeblock Range, bubbles, bites, and background on the world of caviar from Emmanuel of Maison Vauron to kick things off...
OPTION 1: AT THE LAWN BAR — $49pp @ 5:00 PM
Includes:
A Glass of THL Home Block Wine or Charles Orban Champagne Blanc de Noirs
Two caviar amuse-bouche:
• Duck Fat Confit Agria Potato Pavé with horseradish crème & vintage Sturia caviar
• Toasted brioche with crème fraîche & Oscietre Sturia caviar
OPTION 2: AT THE RESTAURANT — $128pp @ 6:30 PM
Includes:
A Glass of THL Home Block Wine or Charles Orban Champagne Blanc de Noirs
Three individually plated courses, each featuring premium Sturia caviar:
• Burrata Bruschetta – basil, crispy shallot & Oscietra Sturia caviar
• Creamy Champagne Tagliarini – lemon zest & Vintage Sturia caviar
• Vanilla Panna Cotta – topped with vintage Sturia caviar
