We are excited to announce our Summer Yoga Series here at the China Village Library! We will be hosting a class on the first Tuesday of the month June-August @ 6:00 pm.
We do ask for a suggested donation of $10 per person which will go directly to the instructor.
Registered Yoga Teacher (200 Hour Certification) , Marissa Steiner, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and began teaching in 2020. Marissa considers yoga a lifestyle and loves to share skills that can be useful on and off the mat. This class will encourage you to slow down, breathe mindfully, and explore gentle movement- ultimately creating a vinyasa (breath-linked-movement). No experience? No problem! This class is beginner-friendly.
