Mindfulness in Daily Life

In these classes we will focus on bringing presence to everyday moments by exploring how mindfulness can become a way of being—not just something we do on the meditation cushion. Through simple, practical exercises, participants will learn how to bring awareness, curiosity, and compassion into daily routines, relationships, and responsibilities. This approach supports greater presence, reduces reactivity, and helps us live with more intention and ease.

Led by Emily Horn, CMT-P
She is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher via the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. Emily has been called a “power player of the mindfulness movement" by Wired Magazine. Her work is featured in 10% Happier, Boston Children's Hospital's Comfort Ability Project, and apps such as Brightmind and Supernatural VR. Emily has also mentored mindfulness teachers in a certification program led by Jack Kornfield, Ph.D and Tara Brach Ph.D for over 8 years.
