JJoin our guided yoga and hiking experience to discover some of the most beautiful hidden places in the Alps. We’ll begin with a short yoga practice to help arrive into the body, the breath, and the present moment. As we walk, we’ll explore some beautiful spots in nature and take a break mid-way for a 20-minute outdoor yoga session. This gentle practice will invite you to move with awareness and reverence for the present moment, the body, movement, breath, and the landscape around you.

We’ll finish with a gentle practice to take it all in with gratitude, to relax and soften the body and mind.

No yoga mat needed. All levels welcome.
