07/13/25: Crown Chakra Workshop at Stephanie Locchetta Art

A self-love and sound bath experience centered around the Crown chakra can be a deeply grounding and transformative practice. Is your crown chakra overactive? balanced? underactive? You will walk away with a new understanding of your vrown chakra and learn tools to use at home and how to repattern it.



The combination of creative expression, sound and creative energy can be a powerful way to nurture and balance your crown chakra, cultivating a sense of self-love.

Where: Stephanie Locchetta Art 1 Mill Street Cambridge, WI

Included: All art materials, guided creative expression, crown chakra education, tea, a stone, 30 minute sound bath and circle.

Cost: $45 per person

LIMIT: 6 people



Available to use: Blankets and yoga mats

To Bring: Anything to be cozy during the sound bath: your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, journal
