Six-week Yoga course starting on Monday the 14th of June at Pontypridd Museum. Everyone is welcome, we will start slow and build up. This class offers a gentle step up from the beginners classes with some different postures, Pranayama and relaxation. You are welcome to join at any level.

Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work in a gentle way through the Asana, Pranayama and Kriya of the Gitananda Yoga tradition.

If you are looking to join an ongoing class - every course is different.

What is included?

🟠 Six one hour ten-minute classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule - at a time that suits you.

🟠 Access to short online videos if you would like to practise at home between classes. Handouts to learn more about Yoga.

🟠 Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.

🟠 A Gong Bath relaxation in class six.

First time bookings - £40 with code HELLOYOGA
(This is a 6-week course)

Usual price - £35 for 5-weeks or £65 when booking for 10-weeks in advance.
