Monthly Yoga Workshop – October - 4 Week Yoga Workshop

This October, we invite you to explore Aparigraha, the yogic principle of non-attachment, and discover the freedom that comes with letting go.

In this heart-opening workshop, we will meet every Sunday morning and use expansive, flowing asana to release stored tension and gently unravel patterns of holding in the body. Guided reflection and breathwork will support us in noticing where we grasp, where we cling, and how we might soften our grip.
