National Tree Day in Greenock

Established in 1996, National Tree Day has grown into Australia’s largest community tree planting and nature care event. The program is a call to action for all Australians to get their hands dirty and give back to their community.
It’s a day to venture outdoors, get to know your neighbours and community and, most importantly, have fun!

WHEN: Sunday, 27 July 2025, 10am – 12pm
WHERE: empty block between Greenock Ck and George St and along both sides of creek where creek has been cleared)
All ages are welcome! There will be plenty of plants for everyone to get their hands dirty. Free sausage sizzle for participants !🌭
