This session will be on

At: The home of Beccy Jones, 1 Scott Street, Stoneclough, Radcliffe, Gtr Manchester M26 1EX
Places cost just £10 and this includes an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.

Come along and learn more about some of the different types of Yoga.......
Hatha, Vinyassa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Bikram, Yin, Restorative, Power, Hot, Yoga Nidra, so many different names, different styles and for different abilities, come join us to learn so much more.
And - Get Ready to Breathe, Stretch, and Connect!
Join us for "Yoga - Almost All You Need to Know!" where we'll explore the basics of various yoga styles and practice some gentle exercises to nourish your body and soul.
When: Tuesday 22nd July from7pm
Where: At Beccy's, 1 Scott Street, Stoneclough M26 1EX
Who: All Women welcome!
What to expect: A talk about the various yoga styles, gentle yoga exercises, breathing techniques, and a supportive community to help you unwind and connect with your inner self.

All levels welcome - though no prior yoga experience necessary!
Let's flow together and find some calm in the chaos.
