Southend in the Great War- members’ summer social.

For our traditional summer social we have a series of talks by members. Hear John talk about some of the boys from Southend High School for Boys, James talk about a member of Queen Marys Auxiliary Army Corps, Martin talk about an officer of the Essex Regiment, Jonathan talk about the life of Southend Airport in the Great War, and if time allows Alistair talk about players from Southend United and their experience in the Great War.
