The Planetarium Lady

Share time with the Planetarium Lady inside her inflatable planetarium and adventure into space to gain new and colorful understandings of our sky.
-Learn why the day sky is blue and why sunrises and sunsets are orangey-red.
-See stars of different colors and learn what those colors can tell us about a star’s lifecycle.
-Travel inside a nebula to experience the colorized gases coming together to form new stars.
-Travel to some of the planets in our solar system, have a look at their varied colors and discover what makes each planet unique.

This event is for ages 4-12 and their parents/guardians. Parents/guardians are encouraged to join us in the dome. If you plan to do so, please add yourself as an attendee during registration. Registration is required, please register on our website calendar.
