Autumn Retreat Day

A day to connect to yourself, to release into the changing season.

Join me for a day dedicated to reconnecting with yourself.
Honor the transition of the seasons, noticing their impact on your emotions and well-being.

Throughtout the day we will practice slow , or not so slow and steady hatha-based flow, dreamy, cathartic yin and yoga nidra sessions.

Experience a therapeutic session specifically aimed at building inner resilience through the activation of the vagus nerve, allowing us to move from states of activation to relaxation.

Interlaced of course with Bhakti philosophy deepening the connection to the ancient ways.

Mantra chanting and kirtan of course.

Everything is an invitation. It is a day to release and reconnect.

Wear comfortable loose clothing bring layers, maybe a blanket for extra comfort. Mats, bolsters and blocks all provided, yet bring your own if you have them.
