High grade/ National grading training

We will be holding another high grade ( Brown belt and above) session for anyone going to the national grading or anyone wanting some extra high grade work. The session will be 4 hours and is open to anyone from any Kyokushin association. The session will be £5 which is pretty cheap for 4 hours ☺️
