Sacred Movement: A Ceremonial Dance Journey

Join me for an intimate evening of intentional movement and sonic exploration. Drawing from my previous Ecstatic Dance events and based on my facilitation as a medicine guide, I have crafted a unique ceremonial container that invites deeper presence and authentic expression.

Format:
• Doors open: 7:30 PM
• Circle closes: 8:00 PM sharp
• Duration: 2.5 hours

What makes this journey unique:
Each musical selection is thoughtfully curated and presented with ceremonial intention. Between pieces, we pause for about 10-15 seconds of sacred silence—a moment to breathe, integrate, and witness the journey unfolding within. This isn't your typical DJ set; it's a guided expedition through sound and movement.

The evening concludes with a transcendent gong sound bath, allowing the experience to settle deeply into body and spirit.

Important Notes:
- Please arrive between 7:30-8:00 PM
- Once our circle closes, we maintain the sacred container without interruption
- Bring water and comfortable clothes for movement
- No experience necessary—just an open heart and willing spirit
