Not a bootcamp. Not a short-term fix, unsustainable 'transformation', or competitive 'challenge'.
This is solid, science-based strength training designed especially for women. The focus is on what's actually important - building muscle, bone, and improving functional mobility. Alongside the training there is education and guidance from a trainer who understands how to work with your hormones, not against them, and that a change in approach is needed as we move into our forties and beyond.
