The Art of Assisting

Develop skills in the art of assisting students!
The last couple of years itβs been difficult to work on assisting skills or informed touch due to less in-person classes. Even when you did have them, touch was a no-go.
Weβve opened back toward touch again and our three lead teachers are all attending this workshop to share with you their experience and knowledge of the art.
Our approach is gentle. Our motto is: less is more.
The reason we assist as teachers is to help students embody the spirit of the pose, not to push into the shape.
Come learn the technical skills, alongside the artfulness of this responsibility as a yoga teacher.
This workshop is specifically for yoga teachers or teachers in training that would like to know how and when to assist a student.
August 8, 9 & 10, 2025
Friday 5:30 - 7:30pm Saturday & Sunday, 11 am to 5pm
