The Bluff City Arts Alliance (BCAA) is a community arts nonprofit founded in Eufaula, AL in 2023 to reinvigorate rural areas and local culture through public art and performances. The BCAA collaborates with local businesses and other service organizations to offer arts and culture programs that bring people together, create a sense of belonging, and build unity.
Christie Chandler is a visual artist living in Eufaula, Alabama. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a business degree, she raised her family while living abroad in Africa and Europe. At 39, she completed her fine art degree at Central St. Martins in London. Craving a sense of home and a connection with the land, Christie and her husband, Neil, moved to the farmlands of the Southeast where generations of her ancestors lived. In 2023, Christie founded the Bluff City Arts Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to community enrichment and revitalization.
