Jazz Vespers with the Bob Liley Jazz Quintet

This month, St. Andrew’s Jazz Vespers will feature the Bob Liley Jazz Quintet! The quintet plays classic bebop jazz from the time when jazz was king. With Mark Bender on bass, Norm Quinn on trumpet and flugelhorn, Shannon Thue on keyboard, Aaron Hardie on sax and flute and Bob Liley on drums, they will put smiles on your face and set your feet to tapping. They’ve performed on CBC Radio’s Hot Air program, and around town at several Vancouver jazz venues.
