Four one-act plays will highlight the lighter side of love and friendship. Come audition and be a part of the fun! Auditions are August 2nd at 10am at Playhouse Merced!
In “Dangerous Games”, a group of friends get together for the weekly game night, but they are tired of the same old game, until one of them suggests a new game that leads to some rather embarrassing antics.
“The Pie Ladies”, love to get together to bake pies for the annual church dinner. This year, they decide they need to find a way to deal with the changing times with a rather unconventional solution. Sometimes it is hard to find love when you are older.
In “The Singles Cruise”, three women end up trying to land the same man but discover that friendship is more important.
“Love Connection dot com” finds two people seeking love via the internet with somewhat dubious help from their friends. What they discover proves that sometimes traditional methods are the best.
