Studies show that restorative yoga significantly improves sleep quality and supports nervous system regulation, especially in women experiencing stress or sleep issues. No wonder this is one of my most loved classes!

Join us for 75 minutes of intentional rest. The kind your body, mind and soul have probably been craving.

You’ll be gently guided into cosy poses with bolsters and blankets as you soften into stillness and let your nervous system exhale. Expect breathwork, meditation, poetry, maybe even some storytelling… everything you need to soothe your system and reset from the inside out.

Many students report improved sleep, greater stress resilience, and a deeper sense of self-compassion.
