In this half-day workshop, you’ll learn simple, powerful and healing qi gong movements that enhance our awareness and build tranquility of mind and spirit. We will cultivate our connection to our Hearts, building strength and resilience through gentle movements and meditative exercises that relax the mind, improve health and lift the spirit. You will learn basic qi gong movements as well as healing sounds that enhance embodied connection with the heart and helps with feelings of anxiety and fear.

This workshop will include some Chinese Medicine theory. All are welcome and no experience required!
