NEW Mum & Baby Pilates Block! π«§ | Wednesdays 23rd July - 13th August
After a six month hiatus due to studio availability, I am so delighted to be able to offer this class again!
Calling Mums and their little ones! Pilates is the perfect form of postnatal exercise. Mindful and controlled movements help to restore your core strength and function, whilst a focus on alignment and posture will leave you feeling energised and connected to your body. All the exercises are designed for postnatal recovery - and the best part is that we do them to music (hello feel good endorphins! ππ½)!
These welcoming classes are also a great chance to meet other parents and spend some super sweet quality time with your little one on the mat π₯Ή
The class is suitable for Mums from 6-8 weeks post birth, or once you have been cleared by your midwife or doctor to exercise. All levels of experience are welcome, even if you are completely new to Pilates. During class your baby can be beside you on the mat, or on the big playmat with some colourful sensory toys. This class is wonderful for pre-crawlers, but still open to mums and crawling bubs who are happy to give it a go!
The hall is spacious, clean and cosy, with plenty of street side parking right alongside the church. For post class treats and catch ups @tuppencecafe is right around the corner π₯°
