It starts outside—riding hard with 6ycle. 🚴♀️
It ends upstairs—moving deep with the heat in The Void. ⚫

Class begins outside on the bikes lined up on Bank St. in front of NuHouse.
For 25 minutes you'll ride with a 6ycle instructor, then transition upstairs to The Void for 25 minutes of a heated fitness class.

8AM → LIFT (strength-based movement)
9AM → HIIT (high-intensity intervals)
10AM → PILATES (core + control in the heat)
