Four Peaks Beer Dinner

Join us for a thoughtfully curated evening of craft beer and cuisine as Legends Showcase Bar & Grill partners with Four Peaks Brewing Co. to present a four-course beer tasting dinner. Each course has been perfectly paired with a featured Four Peaks brew, offering a delicious balance of flavors throughout the evening.

First Course
Beer: Peach Ale Golden Ale | ABV 4.5%
Dish: Nectarine Salad – Mixed greens, nectarines, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course
Beer: Cosmic Daydream West Coast IPA | ABV 7.2%
Dish: Crispy Clams – Clam strips, remoulade, crispy capers

Third Course
Beer: Kilt Lifter Amber Ale | ABV 6.0%
Dish: Baby Back Ribs – Served with a twice-baked potato and corn ribs

Fourth Course
Beer: WOW Berry Wheat Ale | ABV 5.0%
Dish: Blueberry Cobbler – Finished with whipped cream
