When we become more aware of our feelings, thought patterns and the narratives we tell ourselves, we can preemptively redirect our attention toward feeling more at ease and practice resilience.
When we acknowledge how we feel, inquire without judgement and nurture what's needed to tend to, the urge to fall into familiar, non-serving patterns can dissipate.
Join Jennifer for a yoga practice on the gentle, compassionate side and a short meditation based on the RAIN method.
This workshop is designed to give you practical tools so that we can bring more ease, acceptance and peace into our daily lives amidst ongoing, challenging times.
