Join us for one of our favorite community traditions! Verbatim Books in the Park ‘til Dark is an evening to unwind, connect, and get lost in a good book as the sun sets over North Park.
✨ This month, we’re adding a book swap from 5:30–6:30 PM! It’s a great way to meet fellow readers and give your old books a new home.
📚 Book Swap Guidelines (5:30–6:30 PM):
- Bring at least one book to participate—more if you’re able!
- Find the VB tent and place your books on the swap table when you arrive
- Browse the table and choose something new to take home
- Please take no more than three books so there’s plenty to go around
- Please be mindful and generous—only bring books in good condition that others would be happy to receive
🧺 Bring a blanket, a chair, snacks or dinner, and your current read.
✨ Evening Schedule:
🕠 5:30–6:00 PM – Arrive, mingle, set up your books, and settle in
📚 6:00–7:00 PM – Silent reading time
🌅 7:00 PM–Sunset – Take in one of the best sunset views in North Park
Come for the books, stay for the vibes. See you there!
