Join us this summer at Hubbard Hall for a vibrant production of As You Like It, one of William Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies. Directed by Megan Stacey, this engaging staging invites you into the enchanting Forest of Arden, where themes of love, identity, and the joy of nature come alive through witty dialogue, memorable characters, and timeless humor.
The story follows Rosalind, portrayed by Tess McHugh, one of Shakespeare’s most complex and charming heroines. After being banished from the court, Rosalind disguises herself as a young man and journeys into the Forest of Arden, where she encounters a colorful cast of characters and discovers unexpected truths about herself and those around her.
Featuring a talented cast including Jewel Winant as Orlando, Hannah Thien as Celia, Warren Schultz as Touchstone, Kimberly Martin as Jaques, Chris Wehrman as Duke Senior / Duke Frederick, Lauren Ogden as Phebe, Erin Nicole Harrington as Silvius, Abigail Weeden as Amiens, Ocie Tucker as Oliver, Anna Schiele as Corin, Jackie DeGiorgis as Charles / Audrey, Michael Giordano as Adam / William, and Vincent Panetta as Le Beau / Jaques de Boys, this production brings together seasoned actors and fresh faces to deliver a dynamic and heartfelt performance.
