🫙 July Group Canning Day: Green Beans Edition!
Join us on the farm for a fun, hands-on group canning experience—because canning doesn’t have to be hot, lonely, or overwhelming!
💚 This month’s focus: GREEN BEANS!
Whether you're brand new pressure canning or just looking for a little motivation to get those jars put up, this is your chance to can in community.
🗓 Saturday, July 26
🕙 Come anytime between 10AM–2PM
📍 Revercomb Farms – Workshop Building
👨👩👧👦 Open to all ages (but kids must stay supervised!)
What to Expect:
✔️ Use our space and equipment
✔️ Learn as you go (USDA-approved methods)
✔️ We’ll run your jars through the canner!
✔️ Pick up your sealed jars starting Monday
What to Bring:
Clean jars, lids, and rings
Your own green beans (or pre-order produce through us and we’ll have it ready for you!)
Any extras for alternate prep methods (freezing, fermenting, etc.) if desired
Workshop fee includes:
Use of workshop space
Basic canning brine
Canner time + processing support
💲One fee per household – bring your partner, a friend, or make it a family affair!
💬 These events are part workshop, part social hour, and fully empowering. Come pack jars and swap stories with other like-minded folks who believe in seasonal food and slowing down for real meals.
