๐ Welcome to Elemental Movement! An educational, interactive, and ceremonial movement workshop with a mission to connect to our organic selves through empowering mindsets and motions. The month of July will be focused on Air, Spirit, and Water to connect to ourselves through the transition of understanding โ> connection โ> embodiment.

Join Hailee Bow (๐ retired professional dancer, ๐ trained shaman and energy worker, ๐ถ ecstatic dance facilitator, and your friendly neighborhood witch ๐ฎ) for a deep dive into our relationship with the 5 Elements in our reality. Weโll learn methods to mindfully incorporate their medicine into our daily lives, and to summon them through intention and movement (NOTE: You *do not* need to have any previous dance experience to join usโ This is open to all beings, and all bodies! ๐ค)
