Women's Well-Being - A Day of Nourishment for Body and Soul
This is your time to slow down, breathe and nourish your body and mind in the warm and welcoming space of the Coach House Wellness Centre in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
This event is being kept purposefully small and intimate with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Some of our day will be spent outdoors amongst nature, where you will be guided in:
A mindful wander with moments of guided nature connection for a sense of calm.
Qigong, the ancient practice of mind - body movement for focus and relaxation*
(If it is raining the qigong will take place indoors.)
The rest of the time we will be indoors, with the following experiences for you to enjoy:
Guided hand massage, using essential oils for self care and relaxation
Guided mediation, for deep relaxation
Sound bath, relax deeply to the soothing vibrations to melt away any tension
Sensory boxes, to make and take home containing mini oil bottles, crystal chips and reminders for continuing a sensory connection practice.
Refreshments Included:
A hearty home made soup with freshly baked bread for lunch followed by a fruit crumble.
Complimentary teas, coffees and cold drinks throughout the day.
