Children's Krav Maga Self Defence Class (primary school ages) in Wishaw
π₯Join in on Wednesday evening at 6:00pm, Wishaw Sports Centre, SQUASH COURT ONE, for our Kids Krav Maga class!!
I'll be teaching a mixture of self defence, striking drills and padwork sets which your kids will enjoy and get a lot from, including -
β Self Defence Techniques & Principles
β Padwork Sets
β Striking Drills
β Partner Work
β Fight Stamina Training
β Build confidence, self assurance, assertiveness, respect for peers and elders, teamwork and a bully-proof mindset
β Lots of FUN !!!
β Fresh Fruit provided at every class for the kids!
