Savour the Spirit with Hayfield Manor & Rebel City Distillery

We are really looking forward to taking part in the Cork on a Fork Festival again this year which takes place from 13th-17th August. We are delighted to partner with the local Rebel City Distillery to bring you Savour the Spirit for the 2025 Festival. Join us on Friday 15th August for an evening of exceptional food and drink as we offer a taste of Cork. The event begins at 6.30pm with a refreshing welcome drink and canapes reception with an introduction from the Rebel City Distillery Founders Robert & Bhagya Barrett. This is followed by a delicious menu specially created by our Executive Chef, Mark Staples, to complement the Rebel City Distillery Spirits.
