The Upward Spiral Alliance Summer Meetup

We will be holding our Summer Meetup and hope you can make it! If you aren’t already a member all you need to do is come to our FB group and join us in the Fight Against Stigma ! Upward Spiral members will enjoy a nice afternoon at fabulous Carter Caves State Park. For those who have RSVPd there will be Free Putt Putt and Swimming! Enjoy other park activities with your family while here. Make a day of it! We will have a meetup area throughout the day at the Pool Shelter. You and your family can enjoy a place to come back to throughout the day as needed, even after the event as well have the shelter reserved until evening. If you are an Agency or support group and would like to set up a presence here for free please let us know.
We are also always looking for folks who feel ready and willing to share their stories of Recovery and how they’ve battled the stigma around mental illness and addiction. Please message us if you are willing to speak. ❤️
