Self Care Sunday with Lit Intentions at Full Circle Brewgarden

It's hot, it's crazy, you just need to find some time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a little you time! Introducing our first Self Care Sunday on July 20th. This intimate ticketed event will include a 1 hour meditation and mindfulness session with Megan Stemley at 1pm (prior to opening for the public), then, grab a beverage of your choice while you create your own bath salt blend with a build your own bath salt bar curated by Lit Intentions!
