🦋Flap Your Wings in the Children’s Department!🦋
On Wednesday, August 20th at 11:30am the Lewiston Public Library Children’s Department will be offering the program Design Your Own Wearable Monarch Wings!
Kids will be provided with materials to design their own patterns of monarch butterfly wings using black markers on orange fabric. Once they have completed their designs the participants will be able to wear their wings.
This program is recommended for kids ages 2-12. Siblings are also welcome to attend. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by a caregiver.
This activity will take place at the back tables in the Children’s Department on the third floor of the library.
This program is free, and no registration is required. All materials will be provided.
The Lewiston Public Library is located downtown at 200 Lisbon Street at the corner of Pine Street.
